It begins with a vision. An initial step involves a complimentary consultation with one of our experienced designers. Together we examine your space, consider your requirements, and envision the idyllic backyard sanctuary you seek. During the consultation, we brainstorm and exchange ideas, deliberate design details, acknowledge potential constraints, outline the process, and establish a preliminary budget range for the project.
Design
Using cutting-edge 3D renderings, our design team will bring your vision to life and provide you with the ability to make informed decisions and offer feedback, leaving you confident in your investment. Our renderings depict your property, features, amenities, and pool equipment in remarkable detail, allowing you to visualize the final product before construction begins. Upon design approval, we initiate the construction engineering process, taking into consideration the proposed structure, pool or hardscape and geotechnical requirements. Our team proactively reaches out to your county and state to confirm adherence to all zoning laws and requirements. This enables us to incorporate these specifications into the engineering process, ensuring the project is compliant with all necessary regulations.
After finalizing the design and engineering process, we create a detailed budget, timeline, and contract for your approval. Your appointed project manager will remain actively involved throughout the project, ensuring adherence to your vision, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication for completion to the agreed-upon timeline.
